The most common symptom rectal bleeding. There are various histological variants AM. currently no consensus treatment typical therapeutic approach remains surgical resection however, this not associated with improved overall survival [2,3]. We present case 52-year old male complaining bleeding pain about 4 months, which were attributed hemorrhoids. Rectal examination revealed an irregular mass near anal verge. Biopsies taken analysis, they fixed in 10% formalin, paraffin embedded routinely stained Hematoxylin– Eosin.
